Ronald Mayinja encourages female musicians to prioritize talent rather than controversy.

"In today’s social media era, many young musicians, especially women, resort to controversial content to attract attention. However, fame alone doesn’t ensure a long-lasting career," Mayinja remarked. Drawing from his own enduring success, he cautioned young artists, particularly women, against using provocative tactics like sharing nude photos and videos for instant fame.

"I’m not sure what young women in the music industry believe ‘making it’ means. Posting inappropriate photos and videos in hopes of jumpstarting a career is misguided. Building a music career requires much more than appearance," he emphasized.

He strongly encouraged female artists to focus on honing their talent and creating music, highlighting that a sustainable career relies on consistently delivering quality songs.
