Mukasa Ronald Sylvester is a Ugandan musician and songwriter with stage names Ronnie Manney He was born to Sylvester Nkajja and Allen Kayaga on 3rd October 1995 He began his music career with a single release titled munda. He graduated as a professional teacher of History and Economics at the University of Kyambogo, Uganda.
